A D-Bus service which runs odd jobs on behalf of client applications
oddjob is a D-BUS service which performs particular tasks for clients which
connect to it and issue requests using the system-wide message bus.
0.30 - Drops the liboddjob wrapper library and python binding, which I don't
think anyone has been using. (If you need either of these, I can add
oddjob_request [-s service] [-o object] [-i interface] [-S] [
[request [arg1 ...]] | -I ]
The oddjob_request application is a simple oddjob client
application which can be used to invoke a particular method
provided by the oddjobd ser
The /etc/dbus-1/system.d/oddjob.conf configuration file spec‐
ifies D-Bus-level access controls for the com.redhat.oddjob
service, in particular which users can invoke methods pro‐
