As upstream doesn't provide a tarball or file which contains the
version number, and instead just the plain dictionary file, getting a
new version of the source means:
  - get the new dictionary from
  - compute the new upstream version as the last-modified-date of the
    file (can be easily seen via curl -I
  - create out of this a fake 


     In his "Instructions for FOLDOC Guest Editors", the FOLDOC
editor, Denis Howe, says:

  You should mark up (as a cross reference) any term which one 
  might reasonably expect to find, whether or not a definition 
  currently exists. This allows me to tell which links people 
  are trying to follow and add definitions as required.
