PIUS: The PGP Individual UID Signer
PIUS started life as a group of bad shell scripts I had thrown together through
the years after going to various PGP keysigning parties. These scripts
automated various bits and pieces of signing various keys and UIDs, but fell
short of actually making it a mostly painless process.
Finally I decided to sit down and combine all these shell script
- Don't attempt to delete things we didn't create. Fixes #2962342.
- Provide a useful error when we can't find the gpg binary. Fixes #2962341.
- When signing all keys on a keyring, sort them first.
- Stop QP-encoding the key, as it prevents people from manually doing
gpg -d <encrypted_file> | gpg --import
