The zziplib provides read access to zipped files in a zip-archive,
using compression based solely on free algorithms provided by zlib.
It also provides a functionality to overlay the archive filesystem
with the filesystem of the operating system environment.

To compile zziplib with MSVC++ 6 you can use the workspace and project
files shipped along with the zziplib tarball in the msvc6/ directory.
This will save you most of the following steps, atleast skip step 1.
Step 1: create zziplib workspace file
- Create a workspace and a project file for "zzip".
- Add all .c and .h files in the zzip/ directory. Yes, all.
- Add the toplevel directory
The following instructions are outdated.
They refer back to 16. Dezember 2002 with zziplib version 0.10.66.
Most things refer to MSVC which have a different README
(and there are msvc project files being shipped along)
The rest is mainly an example program that you can use as a
boilerplate in your souce code - may be just copy and use.
These project files were tested with the
free Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition.
