OPAL library documentation files
This package contains the documentation and samples to program with
the OPAL library.
The OPAL project aims to create a full featured, interoperable, Open Source
implementation of the H.323 and SIP protocols that can be used freely by
everybody. These protocols are most used for Voice over IP (VoIP)

OpenPhone is based onw wxWidgets so as well as all the usual PWLib and
OPAL stuff, you also have to get wxWidgets installed and compiled before
you can get OpenPhone built.
You can get wxWidgets from http://www.wxwidgets.org
Before we start, the assumption is (since you are reading this) that you
already have PWLib and OPAL
