Easy user-level file sharing for GNOME
GShare is a small GNOME application that allows easy user-level file sharing
via FTP. DNS-SD is used to publish the share on the local network.
For installation support, please read the INSTALL file.
GShare is a GNOME-based application for file sharing.
GShare is split across two applications: one application that serves
the file and runs in the background (daemon) and a GUI application
that the user can execute to change the options of the daemon.
File transfers are based on the FTP protocol, so that when the daemon is
