Recursively lists package dependencies
This utility can recursively list package dependencies, either forwards
or in reverse. It also lists forward build-dependencies. The output
format closely resembles that of `apt-cache depends`. As well, it can
generate .dot graphs, much like apt-cache in dotty mode.
This is a useful little program that does recursive dependency lookups.
Now, apt-cache can already do this with its --recursive switch; but
it doesn't know how to recursively look backwards into the dependency list.

like libfoo2 so that it uses versioned symbols. Now you want to find out

apt-rdepends - performs recursive dependency listings similar
apt-rdepends [options] [pkgs ...]
apt-rdepends searches through the APT cache to find package
