These fonts cover the Latin1 and Latin2 character sets and partially the most popular Cyrillic character sets.
The fonts look like the fonts in the Adobe basic set of PostScript fonts, but the font names are customized to avoid any trademark infringements.
Cyrillized free URW fonts. These fonts were made from the free URW fonts distributed with ghostcript. There are NO changes in the latin part of them (I hope). The names of the fonts in this package have been changed. The upstream uses the same names as the fonts in the package gsfonts. If I used the same names this would make imposible to use together both packages. So when I created the Debian packages I decided to use other names, namely the names used by Adobe.
