libdumbnet is a dumb, portable networking library that provides a
simplified interface to several low-level networking routines.
libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level

This library was originally distributed as libdnet. However, Debian
already been distributing a libdnet since the 1980s --- the DECnet
So, since this library describes itself as a "dumb networking library"
the obvious thing to do is to rename it as such. If you are using source
