Phidgets access library
libphidgets provides a generic and flexible way to access and interact with
the various Phidget devices (http://www.phidgets.com
). It is based on libhid
and thus does not require HID support in the kernel.
This package provides the runtime library for libphidgets.
libphidgets for Debian
To use the Phidgets, you need to have read and write access to the USB
filesystem device nodes that this package automatically creates, if hotplug is
installed. Assuming that you chose the group 'phidgets' (the default) to be
the one able to access the devices, you could give access to user martin like
adduser martin phidgets
Now martin would
