Qpopper with DRAC Support
Qpopper is The Qualcomm enhanced version of the Post Office Protocol
Daemon (POP3 daemon), based on the latest BSD version. The QualComm
popper has some extensions to the normal pop3 daemon, such as UIDL
and bulletin support.
DRAC means Dynamic Relay Authorization Control. Please read documents
of the drac package for detail. This package included a version of
qpopper with DRAC support.

What is Qpopper?
Qpopper supports the widely used POP3 protocol for downloading Internet
e-mail used by many popular e-mail clients. Qopper does not include a
message transfer agent or SMTP support and normally works with standard
UNIX mail transfer agents such as sendmail or smail.

The Post Office Protocol Server: Installation Guide
The Post Office Protocol server runs on a variety of Unix computers
to manage electronic mail for Macintosh and MS-DOS computers. The
server was developed at the University of California at Berkeley and
conforms fully to the specifications in RFC 1081 and RFC 1082.
