Media Application Server utilities

MAS (Media Application Server) is a set of packages that provide a network and platform transparent mechanism for delivering media (currently, just audio) from an application to a sound device. The architecture is very similar to X, and can be closely integrated with X.

This package provides a number of utilities for communicating with a MAS server.
