�RoarD is a minimalist RoarAudio sound server which is limited
in a lot of why but optimized for being fast and small.

A POSIX system and installed libmuroar(-dev).
libmuroar (�Roar) is only needed to build. It is no
runtime dependency expect the case you use the �Roar driver.
