A redirector for the Squid proxy
Jesred is a very fast and highly configurable redirector for the Squid
Internet Object Cache. Jesred needs little memory, can rewrite GET and
ICP_QUERY requests and offers extensive logging.
jesred for Debian
To enable jesred you have to do these things:
*) add the following line to /etc/squid.conf:
*) edit /etc/jesred.acl to activate jesred.
*) fine-tune /etc/jesred.rules to suit your needs. This example
rules file includes all necessary information how to build rules.
The example rules file is also available at /usr/
This package uses dpatch to manage all modifications to the upstream
source. Changes are stored in the source package as diffs in
debian/patches and applied during the build.
To get the fully patched source after unpacking the source package, cd
to the root level of the source package and run:
