gal2 (1.99.11-1.2) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * High-urgency upload for sarge-targetted RC bugfix.
  * Simple rebuild against current libs, to drop the dependency on the
    no-longer-available libhowl.la which made this package unusable with
    libtool.  Closes: #310903.
