GLPK (GNU Linear Programming Kit) is intended for solving large-scale
linear programming (LP), mixed integer programming (MIP), and other
related problems. It is a set of routines written in ANSI C and
organized in the form of a callable library.
This package contains static library, headers, and the development
manpage for libvc.

This version of the package reverts the changes in 4.27-1 related to
the dependencies on libiodbc2 and libmysqlclient15. The GLPK library
loads these libraries dynamically on demand now, according to their
