Header files and a static library for Python (v2.5)

Header files, a static library and development tools for building Python (v2.5) modules, extending the Python interpreter or embedding Python (v2.5) in applications.

These scripts and Makefile fragment are used to convert the Python
documentation in LaTeX format to XML.

This material is preliminary and incomplete.  Python 2.0 is required.

To convert all documents to XML:

	cd Doc/
	make -f tools/sgmlconv/Makefile

To convert one document to XML:

	cd Doc/<document-dir>
	make -f ../tools/sgmlconv/make.rules TOOLSDIR=../tools

to ensure there are no memory leaks or invalid memory reads/writes.
