Multiprotocol file grabber with textual and graphic control
This is a file grabber, which can work in text and graphical mode. Pavuk
is extremely configurable, supports FTP, HTTP, HTTPS and Gopher protocols.
Pavuk also supports cookies, HTTP authentication, "robots.txt".
You can also use FTP and HTTP proxy caches. Graphical interface
is written in Xt or GTK.

This is public beta release of Pavuk.
Pavuk in Slovak language means spider.
What this program does :
-recursive HTTP, HTTP over SSL, FTP, FTP over SSL and Gopher document
-supports HTTP/1.1 with persistent connections
-supports HTTP POST requests
-can automaticaly fill forms from HTML documents and make POST or GET
requestes based on user input and form content
This file contains new features introduced by particular pavuk versions.
For more precise description of changes look into ChangeLog file.
Fileds signed as <CLI> are for commandline new features, <GUI> are for new
feature available only for GUI, <DOC> significant changes in documentation.
