clique searching program
Cliquer search for cliques in arbitrary weighted and unweighted graphs.
It can search for maximal cliques, maximal-weighted cliques or cliques within
a given size range.
Cliquer - routines for clique searching
Cliquer is a set of C routines for finding cliques in an arbitrary
weighted graph. It uses an exact branch-and-bound algorithm recently
developed by Patric Ostergard. It is designed with the aim of being
efficient while still being flexible and easy to use.
Cliquer was developed on Linux, and it should compile with
CLIQUER(1) CLIQUER CLIQUER(1)
cliquer - find cliques in weighted and unweighted graphs.
cliquer [ options ] graph-filename
cliquer searched for cliques in a graph. The graph is read
from the file given as command line argument, or stdin if
that filename is "-".
