A phylogenetic tree drawing program
NJplot is able to draw any dendrogram expressed in the Newick standard
phylogenetic tree format (e.g., the format used by the Phylip package).
NJplot is especially convenient for rooting the unrooted trees
obtained from parsimony, distance or maximum likelihood tree-building
NJPLOT is a phylogenetic tree drawing program that handles Newick tree files, that is files describing trees by the nested parentheses method (e.g. PHYLIP-built trees).
A graphical interface allows to re-root a tree anywhere and to swap
Bootstrap values are displayed next to internal branches.
Branch lengths can be optionally displayed.
