Files in Tk*/Contrib have been contributed by various people at
various times. No attempt has been made by perl/Tk's author to
verify that they work with this release of perl/Tk.
Authors are encoraged to make them into finished add-on modules and
maintain them in CPAN themselves.

A pretty pointless extension which makes
->ImageBackground method available.
As nearly all Tk widgets draw in off-screen Pixmap
about only use is for bits of Frames not obscured by sub-windows.
(I had hoped to use it for HTML3's background attribute...)
It serves as an example of how an Extension can be built after Tk

To build dynamic loaded you need the extra cost compiler, or really up-to-date
GCC and appropriate
