Tester and exerciser for Unix System V semaphore functions.
Quite useful for getting hands-on knowledge of them, also
as part of a test frame for any semaphore-using program.
This was originally written sometime in the dark and backward abysm of
time back in the 1980s.
The 1.2 release in 1994 moved the code to ANSI C with prototypes.
The 1.3 release in 2002 changed the code to use strerror(3) rather
than its own array of error strings.
The 1.4 release in 2003 updated the RPM packaging.
