README for Thread::Pool

Create a group of threads to perform similar jobs, without having to start
and stop a thread for each job.  It is intended to be used in situations
where the completion of similar jobs (e.g. fetching URL's or resolving
reverse DNS of IP-numbers) may take an indeterminate amount of time.
Using a pool of threads, these jobs can be executed more or less
simultaneously, causin

	Checking the tool chain with perl5.13.5.  Fixed some tests that were
	failing because of Test::Harness not being able to cope with threaded
	tests and some issues with pickyness of newer executors.

Check all the signalling going on and see whether they still make sense with
what I now know about cond_signal and cond_wait.

Think of other way to do streaming, possibly without having to lock the
result hash, as that seems to hold up stuff severely when there are more
than X threads at the same time trying to give their results.
