<p>if you face a <code>for sitepkgdir in sys.path</code>
in a setup script take the <i>creating</i> cmds (mk*,cp,etc...) and put them into the PKGBUILD itself and delete <code>sed -i '40,60d' setup_moo.py</code> the section wanting to install into sitepkgdir(which one doesn't have rights access to as a normal user.) and mkdir the directories & files in the PKGBUILD instead.
