This version is based on the Russian dictionaries made by Neal Dalton
in 1992. After removing illegal words and adding new rules and many new
words, this version comprises now over 440,000 words (compared to 52,000
in Neal's version).

The work is not finished, so the number of the current version is 0.98e.
