Summary     : Adds accented letters to Type1 fonts.
Description :
T1accent reads in a Type1 font (pfb) and adds new accented letters
using the callsubr Type1 operator.  The program is controlled by a
configuration file which stores the following information: the names
of new characters, the file with the encoding vector of the new
generated font, the declaration of the position of accents with
respect to the base characters, and the accent shape defined as a
PostScript(TM) procedure (using movete, lineto, curveto, rmoveto,
etc.).
